Would like to get sky stream but as we have a sky q box t

Not sure I understand "only using our Sky Q box as a free view box"? For Sky Q to still be working you must be under some sort of contract with an associated fee. If you want to switch to Stream, you just need to request this and your equipment will be switched over. You would need to return the Sky Q receiver as this is only loaned to you.

@NatalieJones14 if you are on the Sky essentials package or any package for that matter I believe you need to phone Sky to take out Sky Stream you cannot do it online this is due to being a current Q customer
