Sky Q Box keeps turning off

Our Sky Q box has developed an annoying habit of turning itself off whilst we are watching an app through it, be it Netflix, iPlayer or Disney+ 

 

We had the same problem last year but found a fix with the standby settings, this hasnt worked this time round and it is becoming more frequent that the screen just goes blank and we have to turn it off and on again.

I'm having the same issues with the screen going black and needing to be turned off and on again. Are you able to help me resolve this issue please?

Did you have any joy with fixing this. Ours has started doing it when watching programs on apps.
