Blaze channel recordings freeze
Sky Q Hi all, bit a a bizarre one this, i recorded Seized at sea on the BLAZE channel and every time I play an episode back it plays fine until the first commercial break then it just locks up and I end up with a blue screen with a yellow box as per image.. If I hit the backup remote button and try and delete the program I get the message "this program cannot be deleted at the moment as it's being watched" so I have to turn the box off at the mains and wait 30 seconds then once back on I can delete the recording.
I contacted the Sky Help Team via X and rejection me through updating the firmware but that didn't improve things.
I recorded a different program off BLAZE and although the program played all the way through it kept stopping when the adverts came up but I was able to resume playing the program.
My signal strength is 70 and quality is 90 which cannot be improved.
Could it just be the BLAZE channel is week perhaps!

We're are having the exact same problem. Recorded a programme on Blaze. It plays fine until the ad break then freezes everything up. We also get that small yellow rectangle on the lower right side of screen. The only solution is to unplug the Q box. I'd be grateful if we could be told what the solution is. It shouldn't be the box that's the issue because we only moved in recently and it's a new box. Besides, it works fine with all other channels. It's only Blaze.

Yup , exactly the same. Good signal strength, newish installation. Doesn't happen on any other channel.....it simply freezes on the blue blaze screen in adverts and i have to restart box via unplugging it. Can't now watch blaze....
