Sky Q Box: Signal Static, No buttons Work, Wont turn off.
So my grandad was watching some course racing well turned over to it and well all of a sudden the box went. The signal is not just very bag static, I checked the Satalite dish we have and looks like no problems. I reset the remote thinking that may help but well nothing. And then tried to press buttons on the box itself but again nothing was happening. The green light is on and the Q button on the box has its red light on.
Please help

hi @John497
Please may I suggest you try disconnecting & reseating the HDMI cable & maybe also do a full power down restart of the TV

Hey there. Thank you and yeah we just switched the box off by the plug and then turned it back on again and then it was absolutely fine all working good again. I'm guessing it maybe crashed.
