Over the past few weeks I have had multiple "technical faults" when watching my recorded programmes.
More recently, when changing channels, my screen would turn black for long periods before changing channel. Last night the screen just remained black.
Now my Sky Q box is stuck on blue screen telling me to press the home button to get started when the screen goes blank.
I have tried updating software as per instructions on trouble shooting page but it hasn't made any difference it just reverts back to the blue screen and remains there.
As it stands, I have no access to any of my Sky Q TV services.

If you have been completely through the help link if you cannot solve your issue it does lead to a conclusion.

I have been through every step of the recovery procedure and always end up with the same issue.
