Recordings not loading or on demand. HDMI was recently unplugged

My sky q box won't load my recordings or any on demand. Keeps spinning then says we are having trouble. The hdmi cable recently came out but it's working fine. I've tried rebooting and even doing the secret code but it's not not working. Any ideas??
