Sky Q Booster Required

Hi, i recently moved and one of my Sky Q mini boxes will connect to the internet and during inital setup its start to show TV - after a minute it loses it connection to the Sky Q box but keeps internet connectivity.  I believe i need a booster due to brick walls - how can i get one from Sky - cannot find link?  BTW i do not have Sky Broadband.
