Sky + Stream Issues

Good Evening Everyone, 

I saw that someone had posted about this but being an oldie I couldn't see how to reply 

to it anyhow excuse me for another post about Buffering 

I am currently trying to to watch my Hammers playing Fulham and the Stream for the very 

first time is **bleep** constant buffering it's more like trying to watch a game via a IPTP  stream 

is anyone else watching it and been having issues?
My Sky Q Box is connected with a Ethernet Cable to my BT fibre with Halo 3+ Modem

Hi @Shabtis 

You've got me all confused! You've mentioned Sky+, Sky Q and Sky Stream in your post. They're all different types of Sky tv box.

I suspect you have Sky Q. Does your Sky box look like the one issue the picture here: https://www.sky.com/help/sky-tv/sky-tv-q/setting-up-sky-q

I have a Sky Q Box and I was trying to watch the WestHam V Fulham game 

that was via Sky Sports + Red Button and that means the broadcast is via

a Stream and Not the official channel 

That's what I was saying.
