Sky Q Apps not working

I can not load any of the apps on the app menu. This is a new problem.

 

Have rebooted the box.

 

Have gone to settings and tried a refresh here with 001 enter.

 

Still have the problem.

 

Who can I contact to sort this out?

Hi @21sam 

Assume the refresh you did was for the Apps.

You could also try a Reset settings In the same hidden menu.

To enter hidden menu press Home and navigate down to Settings but do not select Settings.
With Settings highlighted press 0 0 1 Select.
Only Carry out the first Reset (Reset Settings) as the other two will wipe all recordings.
After the Reset you will have to re pair your Bluetooth remote If you use one.
If you cannot switch the Q box on with the remote after the Reset press the Standby button (Amber led) on the front of the box.
To re pair the remote press 1 & 3 together on the remote and follow onscreen instructions to re pair.

Make sure that you are pointing the remote at the Q box when you press 1 & 3 together.

Resetting the settings will also reset:

Audio visual settings, such as picture resolution and HDMI control
Settings changed within the hidden engineer menu, include LNB type. If on a communal dish you need to reset the LNB to SCR in the hidden menu. After changing the LNB type you need to reboot the Q box.

Yes done all of that and the APPS still won't load. None of them

Sky works fine apart from using the APPS

What base subscription do you have?  Signature or essentials?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

This has only happened today and yesterday. Been with sky for years with no problems with apps.

Exactly when did you Refresh the Apps and Reset settings and in what order @21sam ?

Yes OK but you didn't fully answer my Question @21sam 

Be aware that Refresh Apps can take 24 Hrs to complete.  Depending when you also did the Reset settings in the hidden menu you may have interrupted the Apps refreshing.
