Sky Q 1tb return. No printer or pc.

My partner  Ray   asked sky to post  a label & packaging, but got nothing & has no printer. Tried speaking to someone  it's impossible so I googled the address which is in Coventry so he posted it, enclosed acc no, name  address and all equipment. Tracked it, it's now delivered  to nueaton but no emails. There is a sky  return address in nuneaton  I read by asking Google. 

 

What's going on? We are tempted to put in a complaint. I'll type it has he had no IT stuff as we both been hacked.

No help, still no idea if it's arrived.  As I had no return label posted. No printer so can't print  one.  Tracked it's in nuneaton is that  the right  place? Google states  there is a dky return address in nuneaton.

You don't need to return Sky+ equipment, as explained in the previous replies.
