Sky Multi-Room

Hello, I have Sky multi-room. I've had engineers visit multiple times but my 2nd box continually fails to connect or when it does connect the picture keeps stopping and then eventually skipping. The 2 boxes are in rooms that are back to back on the same floor so I don't understand why it can't connect. I will try to get Sky round again but any advice on how they can fix this?

In rare cases where Q wireless boosters haven't succeeded, Sky used to offer to install ethernet cable.  I don't know if that's been done recently though.

Alternatively you could consider sourcing your own Powerline ethernet adapters: Sky won't provide those.

Are you connecting the dodgy mini to the other mini or to the Q?

(or did I musunderstabd and it's 1 main and 1 mini?)
