10 week saga of not being able to access any sports on D+ even though I'm a TNT Sports subscriber. 4 different reps now, the first 3 who just gave up and never 'phoned back at arranged times. One got me to completely reset the box [knocking out all favourites, app logins etc], yet another said we'll send a new box [which would lose my recordings]. Another said definitely not box as every other app works perfectly. Yesterday, 2 hours on the 'phone trying to get my D+ upgraded to the Premium version just went round and round in circles. Lost it finally and asked for retention. Ended up having £48 per month knocked from now on which is nice but still no solution to the problem.
As it stands now, I have a D+ account in my name set up with exactly the same login details as my SKY account. I subscribe to TNT Sports though SKY. There would appear no way to get this D+ account 'upgraded' so I'll just have to watch at a friend's place who, ahem, can access these D+ exclusive matches. Been a SKY customer for 25 years and it seems amazing that no-one can solve this riddle. Ho hum....
