Mini Box not responding. Completed reboot and checked installation but still not working.
After following online tech-help it concluded Mini Box is faulty and ordered a replacement.
Web-site suggested 3-5 day delivery time which is manageable but order confirmation advises current leadtime for replacement is 4-5 WEEKS!

I originated this post yesterday when my mini box had stopped working and thought that I was expecting an extended wait for a fix/replacement. I am pleased to report that my replacement box arrived today via DPD courier and has been installed simply. My system is working correctly. Many thanks for this prompt response.
