It is probably over a year ago via rewards, added for free, no phone call or email involved. On change of contract it wasn't added so was wondering if it should have been reinstated or not.

UK customers: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number.
ROI customers: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0818 number.

Referring to it as 'Sky HD' on the phone is likely to cause confusion, because that's easy to mistake for the previous satellite system of (almost) the same name.
