Your second post doesn't make a lot of sense and your third post has been removed as a duplicate of the first post in this thread. 

What time is this connection problem happening? See this link re standby settings.

@Kerryleesutton  You keep creating threads for the same issue as you raised here, one of them asking why the thread is being removed, it's being removed as you're effectively spamming the board with the same issue.

 

You need to read the replies on this thread and not keep creating new ones as they will simply be removed.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
