Sky Glass as a 2nd TV
I am looking to give my dad my Sky Glass TV as I am leaving the UK. My dad has a sky Q account and wants to keep that the same. Would he be able use the Glass TV as a second TV in another room and connect to his sky account via WiFi?

hi @Sean474
Unfortunately this is not possible.
You cannot mix SKY Glas (or Stream) with SKY Q

Thanks for your response.
Would he be able to sign into the Glass TV with his account and use it as a main TV?

hi @Sean474
It is the account that cannot be both Q & Glass so it would not help
the only way he could use it is to cancel SKY Q and switch over to Glass (with Whole Home & pucks if needed)
If he already has SKY Q multiscreen and a mini the I believe the Glass TV could be used as a dumb TV with a Q mini supplying all the content (although I am not 100% sure even then)
