Sky F1 uhd recording failed

Hi all

 

Tried to record F1 UHD today and recorded GP was just a silent white screen. Recorded then watched quals in UHD on Saturday wo issue.

 

Help advice very welcome

Hi @DeePee 

Recorded fine here and so wasn't an issue at Sky's  end.

Was this a series link or just a one off recording?

Series link. 

 

Practice and quali recorded fine on UHD the day before.

 

Checked last GP same thing Sat quali recorded fine but Sundays race white screen

@DeePee very strange mine recorded fine in UHD and HD

Fine here too (I always record HD and UHD).

 

Perhaps worth power cycling the box to clear out any gremlins.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Update - signal strength low @ 40 so sky tech booked to Sky Q box, dish alignment and or LNBs
