Has anyone else had issues with Sky F1 with pixels/jumping/not loading/cutting out? It's the ONLY channel that does it, everything else is fine. This isn't a signal issue. The satellite was raised higher couple years ago because of 'trees' when we had every channel do it upon first installation. The signal for the WiFi is always good. No problems with any other devices. F1 channel works fine on Sky Go. It's literally just F1 via the sky Q box and TV. Paying £18 extra PER MONTH for sky f1 and for what?! Im getting massively frustrated with it, I picked sky because of better f1 deals than elsewhere and so far its unwatchable on the TV! Anyone else had problems this way?!
Hi @BecSand
F1 for SKY Q is deleviered only by Satellite so wifi signal is irrelevant
Are you watching on the UHD or HD ?
I suspect your dish is either slightly out of alignement or the tree growth is beginning to have an effect again - When only slightly out or slightly obstructed it won't always show accross all channels & if you are watching in UHD that will be more prone to problems with a slightly weaker signal

Re: Sky F1 issues
Hi thanks for the reply. We watch in HD. We've gone through just about everything to check other channels and it seems to be literally just that channel. And worse when the actual race is on which is strange. We've had F1 for the 3 years We've been in this property and the trees have been cut within that time. I'm still struggling to understand how it is only effecting that. The 1 thing we pay extra for seems a huge coincidence.

Re: Sky F1 issues
Sky comedy definitely doing it. Sky crime not so much. So must be that link you've stated. No resolving this one then if it's 'trees'?!

hi @BecSand
There is a possibility that is just a slight alignement problem rather than obstruiction so possibly worth trying to get SKY to check it out.
In the meantime, whilst not ideal, try watching the SD version

Re: Sky F1 issues
My partner just googled and switched it over. Its still jittery and pixilated unfortunately but not as bad as HD where its completely unwatchable.
Thanks👍🏻

Yes! It's so frustrating. I have called Sky and asked but nothing has improved. It all work fine on Sky go so I think it's a Sky glass issue
