Due to change in circumstances I have to move my furniture in my living area and need an engineer to move my cable to the other side of my room to still access my sky content. Is this possible and how do I request/book this in?

If you need the entry point of the Sky Q cables to enter the house at a different location you'll need to call Sky to arrange. There's likely to be a charge.,
