Hi, the Sky Engineer who visited my house a while ago for installing TV, has forgotten his ladder. Can you please let him know?
Regards,

In case you’re not already aware, you aren’t talking to Sky Customer Services here. This is a customer based forum where we try to help other customers.
Even by calling Customer Services I doubt they'll be able to identify him to let him know. Keep them safe and when he notices his vans a bit lighter I'm sure he'll retrace his steps.

Posted by a Sky employeeHey @KDAhmad ! Welcome to the Sky Community forum, where customers like you are on hand 24/7 (almost) to offer some fantastic advice and help on all things Sky-related.
We should be able to track this engineer down from details in your account, I'm going to escalate this post to one of our Community Messaging agents who'll ask you some security questions to identify your account and let's see if we can track them down - or hopefully the engineer will return shortly.
Keep an eye out for a chat bubble appearing on the Community, for more information on how the Messaging Service works you can click here.

Thank you Daniel. Yes, I realized that after posting comment that it's a community forum. And yes, they didn't help on phone. So you are right, i can only save it.
Regards.
