We changed our Sky package 12/12/23 and upgraded to Netflix Premium (4 accounts/no adds) but we can still only watch on 2 devices at a time.
I've tried to troubleshoot but it looks like our Sky Q box isn't able to support this upgrade (we have the Sky Q 1TB Box5047)
could this be the reason and if so, what can be done?

If one of the kids is watching on their phone upstairs and another on their Xbox for example, when we put Netflix on the Sky to it kicks one of the kids off their device

Ah I've just checked, it says standard HD. I'll call Sky ! Thank you 🙏
