Sky Cinema upgrade

Hi

Can't get upgrade offer in email - tech difficulties coming  up on screen at first....retried and a then a number I can't get through to then comes up on screen....therefore cant access the upgrade.

ROI customer.

If you a ROI customer,

 

Call the customer service phone number, press the option for new customer and explain to them what's happened regarding the email not working for the sky cinema offer and they will put you through to the correct department, they will then do it for you their side.
