Sky Cinema not available during contract
I have Sky Q and I renewed my contract on 12th August. On 21st August I was offered Sky Cinema free for 2 months via the MySky app (I'm a diamond VIP member). I received an email confirming this and Sky Cinema seemed to be working absolutely fine until today. Whenever I try and watch a downloaded film or watch Sky Cinema I get a message saying I need to upgrade my package to watch. Also my Sky Go apps shows that my Sky Cinema subscription ends on 21/09/25 but it shouldn't end until 21/10/25.

You will need to contact Sky to discuss this. Also remember that if you decide you don't want to continue with Sky Cinema you will need to contact them again to cancel giving the required 31 days notice.
