Discovery + Not Working

I've tried to go into Discovery + this evening and it now says my subscription does not let me watch anything. I've got Sky Q with the Signature pack which I thought gave me Discovery+ it has done in the past but now doesn't work. I've got used to having to re-activate the Discovery+ account but that's normally after a box update but this is something new. Anyone else had the issue

In your MySky app or MySky account online, is it showing 'Discovery + with Entertainment' under Your products.

Also, when you login to The Discovery + app on your Sky box or the app on a phone/ tablet or web browser, under account it should read something like 'contact Sky for subscription'.

 

If it's not showing the above, you may need to re activate Discovery +

 

This could be an affect after you made any recent changes to your Sky base packs.
