Returning sky equipment need returns label last did not work

Need a new returns label to return sky q

Hi @dms2   You can print your free returns labels Here. Make sure that you fully identify yourself in the parcel, and keep you proof of posting for at least 6 months.

Hi Thankyou for reply ive managed to get on to the app filled in details for new label but when i press red box saying creat your label nothing happens please advise again many thanks

Looks like there might be an issue with the Royal Mail website. Might be worth contacting them to see what's going on.

If the arrival of packaging that Sky sends out is delayed, lost or damaged on arrival it’s the customers responsibility to use their own packaging to return it. You can use any packaging as long as it’s secure and you may want to put a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment that is included. This link explains about how to receive an email with your return labels through Royal Mail.

Keep your proof of posting safe and indefinitely and if you use Royal Mail’s collect from home service, keep a record of the tracking number.
