Sky Cinema and Paramount + issues not resolved
Good evening
Sky Cinema/Paramount + issues are still unresolved.
This has been going on for weeks and nobody in either Sky or Paramount seem to have any clue what to do.
We had access for a while then got error messages on the TV app saying account wasn't linked, but message logging in to sky said accounts were already linked. Round and round in circles I've been going for weeks, bounced between Sky and Paramount, each saying the other would need to resolve the issue but seemingly unable to communicate with each other.
The last thing I was asked to do was cancel any/all Paramount + accounts and then set up a new link.
I'm sure you can guess the answer. The same issue all over again.
I know I am not the only one facing this issue and unless it gets resolved I feel that I may have to cancel my entire Sky subscription and look for an alternative business who can actually provide what they say they will.
Last chance.... anyone?

Did you manage to get Paramount+?
I've been trying for 6 months and still cannot connect. I get the same error message as your first one.

On tech support right now but it's the same problem, they dont listen. The app says I am signed in, BUT there is NO active subscription......

Join the club, sky were pathetic . Its on their end....I have sky cinema, so should automatically get P+ but it doesnt

I eventually got sorted but it was an utter ball ache. Hours wasted on calls. Eventually accounts cancelled and set up again via Paramoumt + help desk sorted it, but I feel
it was a fluke, just from being asked to try everything without much confidence from
them that it would do work

I raised the problem with Paramount+, they reset my password and it works on main SKY box but not on the mini box. They sorted the problem within 24hours.

I have opened a conversation with P+, waiting to hear back from them. Took a few pix of my TV showing the problem. My new sky q box has now started to ask for my password everytime I access cinema. Never did that b4?? So after another hour on the phone today, They are ordering another q box to see if that works.....
