Sky Cinema Problems (again)

Good evening all,

 

This seems to be a problem I encounter every 3 months or so. I already subscribe to sky cinema but randomly every so often, it says I need to subscribe to watch any movies.

it was working absolutely fine earlier today, and just sat down this evening to finish the movie and I'm met by the blue screen.

Can I please get some help?

I’ve escalated your post to Sky and the Messaging Team should contact you later. Make sure you mention the frequency of this issue. They may suggest a replacement viewing card? 

I think you know the process. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread fairly regularly.
