Channels default on ones i didnt leave them on

An odd query I know but the last week or so I will turn my sky on standby, normally on sky one, when powering back on the next day it's default to channel 3 which I never watch.

I have 2 mini boxes aswell and each one has the same issue although they are set to defaulted to other odd channels. 

Has this happened to anyone else and if so how can I fix it?

I've not seen this issue mentioned before. 

Try a reboot of the main Sky Q box, then once that’s back up and running do the same with any mini boxes if necessary-
~ Using the remote put your main Sky Q box into standby
~ switch the box off at the plug
~ wait at least 30 seconds and then switch the box back on at the plug
~ follow the on screen instructions
~ when the screen goes blank and the blue Q stops pulsating wait another 30 seconds
~ press the 🏠 button

By the way - there isn't a Sky One channel.

I have the same issue(?). Recently a mini box always starts up in TNT1. No idea why.
