Hi hivemind. I've not watched a film on the movie channel for a while, so decided to watch a film today only to have over 30 minutes of adverts during the film. How long has this been going on? If it's a new feature then I'm going to get rid of movies. I'm not paying good money to have adverts ruining a film. What's the point in paying for a service that is completely ruined now. I've read about ad skip, but I'm not paying for a money grabbing scheme so I can watch a film uninterrupted.

This is also affecting other Sky Cinema Channels now??

I'm having the same issue. Seems to be all the pin protected movies are just playing the same adverts over and over

Most film channels are showing films halfway through on status bar but I'm just seeing advertisements

You are right, I just went to warch Lee on Sky Premier, had a short announcement saying Sky could not play the scheduled film and replaced it with a cartoon.

Same for me. Just settled in to watch Lee and got a message that the film had been changed. Seems Monster Family is a suitable replacement! Lots of missing or changed films today. Would love to know what's going on Sky!

Gods of Edypt on Sky Action, 307 has also been replaced with a childrens film.

And you still have to enter your pin to watch a cartoon or kid's film??

Likewise, put various films on and then after a short while I get a load of adverts, goodbye sky movies

I've been having the exact same issue!

I just signed up to find out what is going on.. getting this same issue. I wasted time rebooting and messing with the viewing card.
It seems to be the main Sky movie channels, as 312 upwards are OK.

Yep. All the protected channels are messed right up!
Sky.....what is going on?
