Make sure that you are downloading the correct format for your subscription (i.e. do not try to download the UHD version if you only have HD & do not download the HD version if you don't have the HD add on)
Generally best to change your download preference to maximum level you have a sub for
Main Menu -> Settings -> Setup -> Preferences
(Please note this setting can only be set on the Main box)
