Sky will not turn on, need to turn off at plug for a reset everytime i want to use it. Its not the remote as that works fine once its restarted and has new batteries. Think the equipment is just old and past it
@Me92 Then you need to ring Sky I'm afraid. This is a customer forum. If it's a Sky+ box you have then it is no longer replaced by Sky and you would need to look at Q, Stream or Glass if you wish to continue viewing Sky.
