My sky mini box won't let me watch something on demand but we can watch it (and all other Atlantic content) on the main Q box.    It is asking me to upgrade. I have Atlantic with the package ?

Are you trying to access HD without the corresponding sub?  (If you don't have HD then you can only access/download SD material)

Are you sure you're not selecting a UHD version? The mini box only handle HD
