Skq not showing Sky Channels

I set up sky Q today however all Sky Channels are telling me to subscribe.

Are you trying to view these Sky channels in HD when you haven't got the HD add on?

Hi

 

No mate, I am going to contact them today, I have tried all trounle shooting.

 

 

The only thing that I did notice on Settings it said Satelite Locked.

 

Tried re-setting still no good.

That's 'locked' as in 'locked-on' i.e. a good thing.

Hi Timmy,

 

All sorted, I contacted Sky and they sent a signal to my Dish to re-activate the Sky Q.

 

All good now.
