I have recently joined on free trial for month with sky stream. Can i not join sky q anymore like i did couple years ago? Plus a lot of music channels arent available on sky stream. Is this normal. Only like 10 channels.

Re: Sk q
@Hannah121295 If you're in the 31 day cool off you can cancel Stream and order Sky Q, you would need to call to do both.
You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.
If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

Just to clear @Hannah121295
You cannot have Sky Q and stream.
Only one Sky TV Service per household so that's Sky+ or Sky Q or Sky stream per household
