Internet dropping out constantly

I've recently changed to a mesh network rather than standard router. Every bit of tech I have works flawlessly except sky q. The internet now drops out constantly and asks me to renter the password like it is the first time it's accessed the wifi. It didn't happen before and I have no other issues with anything else. The internet isn't dropping out. It is the sky q box "forgetting network" constantly. I can't get through a film without it kicking me out a few times. Any help would be great!
