I have cancelled skyQ so will have to return it but I have signed up to have the basic package do I need a box to replace the skyQ?

Depends what you have agreed with Sky.

The same box can be used for the Sky Essentials pack.

I have changed to Sky Signature but also cancelled HD. I only did this last week so am in time to change things around.  We had Sky Sports Pack and Multi room before which I don't want anymore.@oldfella

So you haven't cancelled Sky Q then @blueleighs 

Sky Signature is the standard Q compulsory package.

You still need your Q box.

Hi @blueleighs 

If you have cancelled multirrom then it will be any mini boxes that you will be asked to return.

As @oldfella says you keep the SKy Q main box to watch SKY Signature

@nigea99 @oldfella  Thank you both for your help. I got confused because in the email they sent it mentioned returning the box. I never realised they meant the mini box 🙄
