Shambles Netflix

I purchased Netflix through my q box on Sunday @11am. I don't get the activation screen and have spent 5 hrs talking to different call handles (who are clearly reading a script) first call cop out wait a couple of hours and I will call you back! No return call..2nd cop out we need to wait 24hrs ring back tomorrow 3rd cop out it's your password we need to reset it ( but the same password works on my app) 4th cop out I will transfer you to Netflix (I don't have a Netflix account it's through sky. Last cop out we will remove it!!! I want to use Netflix but sky clearly need better customer services. What a waste of my time and effort!!!
