Service advisor call out date

Hi, I have just changed my address and the daye for the engineer to come out was prebooked for Friday 12th, unfortunately I can't make that date. 

Can it be changed to Monday 15th of December?

This just forum of Sky user dissenting  various issues. You need to contact Sky to change your appointment.

Don't be surprised if it will now be January when you call Sky and ask to change it...

And call asap, as cancelling the day of, or day before the appointment, will mean you'll receive a £25 / €25 charge.
