Sky q and mini boxes
The connections on both main box and mini boxes keeps going to blue screen. I have been in touch with BT and no broadband issues.
Main sky box keeps running and is noisy. Suspect something to do with main box. We have tried multiple reboots.

@Julie298 Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions
then
reboot your mini box

Re: Sky q and mini boxes
Sky Q gets it tv signal from you dish outside if you are getting a blue screen on your main box it men's that it losing it signal from this dish. It not affected by loss of WiFi and there fore nothing to do with BT. If the problem persist you need to get in touch with Sky to send out a engineer to look at your dish, to sort the problem out. However If you getting Sky tv on your main dish but losing it on mini box that's because it losing connection to you main box which is by WiFi but not though you internet hub, but direct from your main box. It can usually fixed by going into the settings on you mini box and doing a network onection reset it, if has worked ok up till recently. If that don't work you need again to contact Sky to get the problem sorted.
