Series of complicated house moves over next 6 months

How do I get to speak to anyone at Sky about a complicated series of house moves? The bot on chat is completely unable to engage with anything out of the ordinary. The recommended call line simply sends me back to square one every time forcing me back to a chat that tells me nothing I want to know.
