As per the title, my wife says her series link recordings aren't working, she's having to press record every day.
Any fixes?

Our Q box is a few years old, lately we've been losing the planner and series link recordings with really tiring regularity.
We're a VIP diamond member.
Has anyone successfully used these kinds of faults as a reason to get a new box?

The main box is the issue, it needs rebooting so often now, easily 3-4 times a week.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreGive Sky a call. They may agree to a doorstep box swap. If they do DPD will deliver a new box and exchange it for the faulty one at your door. If so remember to remove your viewing card from the faulty box before it disappears in the back of a van.

Ordered a replacement box online.

can't get the mini boxes to keep their link to the Q box.
got them working last night, blue screens and 'no network' this morning.....
