Series link recordings not working

As per the title, my wife says her series link recordings aren't working, she's having to press record every day.

Any fixes?

Fed up now, new box wanted

Our Q box is a few years old, lately we've been losing the planner and series link recordings with really tiring regularity.

We're a VIP diamond member.

Has anyone successfully used these kinds of faults as a reason to get a new box?

Have you rebooted the main Sky Q box to see if that helps?

The main box is the issue, it needs rebooting so often now, easily 3-4 times a week.

Give Sky a call. They may agree to a doorstep box swap. If they do DPD will deliver a new box and exchange it for the faulty one at your door. If so remember to remove your viewing card from the faulty box before it disappears in the back of a van.

Ordered a replacement box online.

ever wish you hadn't bothered?

can't get the mini boxes to keep their link to the Q box.

got them working last night, blue screens and 'no network' this morning.....
