@Lucius85 Sky don't send replacement parts, you'll need to call SKy to explain this and they will send a new box instead, you'll need to return the old one.
Please remember to remove the viewing card before the courier collects the old box.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.
