Sending equipment back

I ended my sky TV subscription on the 20th and received the box to send it back shortly after I have sent it back a few days after getting the box I took pictures of packing it to show I had packed everything sent it off via the local post office but I have received  a text yesterday asking me to send it back.

What happens if it is lost?

If I get charged and it sky end up receiving it will I get a refund?

Help I'm worried I'm going to be charged even tho I've sent it off. Thanks

Have you kept your proof of posting?

Before Christmas returns were taking 2+ weeks to be processed by Unipart who deal with the returns and they aren’t the quickest in updating Sky that equipment has been received. That is likely to be longer after the holiday period. Let us know in this thread about the proof of posting and we can maybe get you some help from the Messaging Team.

If you have the proof we’ve been told it’s a fairly straightforward process for the team. If you haven’t retained it, any cancellation of non return fees would be at Skys discretion.

Please don’t try to post an image of the Royal Mail tracking or postal receipt as Sky don’t allow them on the forum.
