A box working. No apps. No mini box working. Internet is fine. Says I don't have a subscription. £200+ says I do. Please sort this for me. Thank you. Sophie Monk.

~ Using the remote put your main Sky Q box into standby
~ switch the box off at the plug
~ wait at least 30 seconds and then switch the box back on at the plug
~ follow the on screen instructions
~ when the screen goes blank and the blue Q stops pulsating wait another 30 seconds
~ press the 🏠 button

Thanks. It was just a question of time, as I've been away. No idea why the Sky Q box takes 30 minutes to connect to the router, but all good now thanks.
