Selected items won’t play on sky Q box

I have started the download of the new season of breeders on sky comedy. Come to actually watch it and I receive "the content you have selected cannot be played on this device", what the actual foo??? I pay enough for this seemingly pointless device, very unhappy.

Hi @annoyewithsky1 

Suspect you have downloaded the UHD version.

Either you are trying to watch it on a Mini or you don't have the Q UHD add on

To be perfectly honest, I didn't know there was a difference! I've downloaded plenty on the main box to watch on the mini upstairs and this was the first time I'd seen that message. Thanks.

Obviously all your previous content you watched on the Mini weren't in UHD
