I've just recently factory reset my Sky Q box to try and fix an issue with apps however, now I'm getting issues when trying to use the search function. I'm getting the following message even though I'm connected to the internet.
'For an enhanced search, you must be connected to broadband. Please check your settings or continue with a limited service.'
Voice search will not work when I get this message too. I am connected to broadband but I'm not with Sky for it.
Is this a common problem that will sort itself out? I seem to be getting more and more issues recently so I'm not sure whether the box is faulty.
