Screen keeps going black intermediately

New box sky q 

screen blips and goes black and then resets  this os constatang every 2 mins or less 

i have changed the resolution  of the HD and HDi etc also and also re set 

but this is still happeninv ghe box is only two weeks old replacement dor old box
