Screen is fuzzy

Everything is turned on but all I'm getting is a fuzzy grey screen then it flicks to a fuzzy green and grey screeen then completely black. It continues this pattern. I've reset it by turning everything off and changed hdmi cables. I now have to wait for an engineer which is over a week ago. I can't even reset the actual sky q as we can't see the screen to get to anything. The tv is absolutely fine as it is working for anything else. Any ideas?

Hi @MichelleHolmes   You could try the recovery procedure which doesn't require the remote or see the screen. Go to step 3. Recovery procedure. https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-q-box-wont-turn-on

Then you'll need to wait for an engineer.  Sounds like the box has simply failed.

Hi @MichelleHolmes   I have just reread your post and cannot see where you mentioned that you tried the recovery procedure, or have I missed it. My response was in relation to "I can't even reset the actual sky q as we can't see the screen". You don't need to see the screen to run the recovery procedure to reset your box.
