Screen goes dark when connected to sky q

My TV shows reen goes dark when connected to sky q box. It is not the TV as works fine through fire stick

Is it a Toshiba TV by any chance? There have been reports of this happening before on certain models of Toshiba TV

Hi @Adams1981 

Is this with UHD HDR content?

If so you need to consider the Peak brightness levels of your TV.

To get the any real benefit from HDR you need at least 600 nits.

Any level lower this is likely to appear dark in most scenes particularly when using Sky HLG HDR.
