Screen goes black and message displayed

While watching the tv the television screen goes black and a message 

This screen does not support HCDP

Hi @Jennymoore   If it has been working okay, then I would check that the HDMI cable is seated properly at both ends. Are you using the Sky Q supplied short lead?
